Very poor service, I called on the day before thanksgiving to see why a package i sent was marked as delivered. yet the person i sent it to said it did not come. the lady who answered the phone said you will have to call back during normal business hours as we close right at 4 then set the phone down and i could hear her moving around. then when it finally disconnected with my cell phone and i called back it went straight to a busy signal. the package was not delivered yet they said it was!! she was very rude on the phone. yeah you close at 4 and it was 5 after, so why did you answer the phone if you did not want to take care of a problem?
Every time I go to this post office I am greeted with a smile. The woman behind the counter is a wealth of knowledge and is patient and kind. The woman who delivers my mail always chats and brings packages to my door. The Pittsford USPS is wonderful!
